With many garage conversions, most of the work is internal (with the exception of changing the frontage and adding a window or two) and is normally considered Permitted Development so it won’t usually need formal planning consent. With more complex projects that may require planning permission and / or a building regulations certificate, we will ensure that all requirements are correctly met.
