My sincere thanks to you all for the excellent service provided, from Ian at the outset sending through a clear and detailed quote, Luke’s pre-works survey, organisation and excellent continued monitoring throughout (a very important and reassuring part of the service) and of course to the very hardworking Darren and Alan for their high quality workmanship and very courteous and personable natures, it was a pleasure to have them on site (I can’t say that about all trades people I’ve engaged). Indeed, the lady whose house was done immediately prior to mine (just around the corner from me) messaged me to say how very pleased she was with the service she received from all at Facelift and I’m sure she has made this known to you. I’m not sure what other jobs I may require in the future but, should they fall within Facelift’s remit, I will have no hesitation in contacting you as my first choice and recommending you to others if neighbours enquire of me how it all went.
