Facelift transformed this underused garage into a versatile space. The garage door at the front was removed and replaced with new foundations, brickwork and two grey windows to match the rest of the bungalow.
The back wall of the garage was amended to create a door opening with a new lintel and a uPVC door leading to the garden.
The new room was then damp-proofed, insulated and plastered with new flooring laid and lighting fitted ready for the customer to decorate.
